Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of trynordian.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Plutora Limited, trading as Nordian, registered office 74-78 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. Contact: support@trynordian.com.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Plutora Limited; "you" means the person placing the order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to order from this site. Our products are intended for adults only.

3. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, and that is when the contract is formed. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance.

If we cannot fulfil your order (for example the product is unavailable, we cannot authorise payment, or there has been a pricing error) we will tell you and refund any sum paid in full. We will not be obliged to supply at an incorrect price.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is free. Prices may change but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is taken at the time of order through Shopify Payments and, where offered, other providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

5. Multi-tub offers

Where a bundle price is shown for two or three tubs, that price applies to the bundle as a whole. If you cancel or claim under the guarantee, refunds are calculated on the bundle price actually paid, not on the single-tub list price.

6. Product information and food supplement status

Nordian Reload is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children.

If you are under medical supervision, taking prescribed medication, or have a diagnosed condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Not suitable for anyone with a sesame allergy.

Only the following health claims are made, and they are authorised on the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register: zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood; selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis; vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Images on this site are illustrative. Ingredients and packaging may be updated; always read the label on the product you receive.

7. Cancellation, returns and the 90-day guarantee

8. Delivery

See our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated data collection, no introduction of malicious code, and no use of the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, photography, layout, the Nordian name and logo, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content commercially without written permission.

12. Reviews and testimonials

Customer testimonials shown on this site describe individual experiences. They are not a guarantee of results. Individual results vary.

13. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, nor for loss arising from your failure to follow the directions on the product label.

We supply our products for domestic and private use. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

14. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery timescale or, if the delay is substantial, allow you to cancel for a full refund.

15. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

16. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, email support@trynordian.com and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot, you may be able to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts. Nothing in this clause removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

18. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. This contract is between you and us; no other person has any right to enforce it.
