90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you don't notice a difference after taking Nordian Reload as directed, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we will refund your order. No small print.

How to claim

Email support@trynordian.com with your order number. We'll confirm within 2 working days and process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Standard returns

Separately from the guarantee, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Unopened items can be returned for a full refund including standard delivery. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
